VAT information

Why Rynqaro invoices do not show VAT

Rynqaro is currently operated by me as a German individual provider under the German small business regulation according to § 19 UStG. For this reason, no VAT is charged and no VAT is shown separately on invoices.

Clear and transparent

The invoice amount is the total amount payable.

If you purchase a Rynqaro licence, hardware package or support service, you will receive an invoice without a separate VAT amount.

This means: the stated price is the invoice amount. No additional VAT is added on top.

  • No separately shown VAT
  • No additional VAT amount on the invoice
  • Clear pricing for software, hardware and support
  • Reference to § 19 UStG on the invoice
German small business regulation

Invoice according to § 19 UStG

Under the German small business regulation, VAT is not charged and is not shown separately. The invoice therefore contains a corresponding note.

For business customers, this also means that no input VAT can be deducted from a Rynqaro invoice, because no VAT is included or shown.

Typical invoice note

According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
